As the Store Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our store, blending your love for exceptional coffee with your knack for creating a welcoming atmosphere. Here's what you'll be doing:

Leadership: Can you lead and develop a team to be the best they can be, by inspiring and creating a dynamic and fun work environment.

Operations: Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. From inventory management to scheduling, you'll handle the day-to-day operations with finesse.

Customer Experience: Create memorable experiences for our guests. Your warm personality and exceptional customer service skills will keep them coming back for more.

Business: Be the market leader by understanding what drives your business.  Using Analysis trends, KPIs, and Metrics to create your business plan to drive sales and maximise profitability.
